Carlos was so kind and friendly. He drove all the way to Utah from California to fix our machine. I never could duplicate the error we were having, but he was patient while we tried to figure it out. He didn't just leave when we couldn't duplicate the error. He continued to look at things to try and find the cause. He replaced our board and had the tech support walk me through some of our technique problems. He was so great to work with and we appreciated his knowledge and help. I wish he lived closer!
